Central Group Announces Appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairmen, and New Board of Directors, Reinforcing Its Growth Strategy Anchored in Strong Governance Principles and Sustainability

Central Group, Thailand's leading retail and service conglomerate with a business footprint spanning Southeast Asia and Europe, has announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors. The new appointments came into effect from 1 January 2026, following the completion of the outgoing Board's term on 31 December 2025. This transition aims to further strengthen corporate governance, enhance the effectiveness of organizational oversight, and support the Group's long-term strategic direction
